SHOUT OUT TIME!! Mr. Ireland's 6th Grade ELA PreAP scholars are extending their knowledge in Genius Hour! Here is a little incite on what they were challenged to complete: Genius hour gives the students an opportunity to research topics that are interesting to them. Unit 3 Modern technology focus is research. Students had to present a proposal, track work, and cite evidence. Most of the work was done at home. This was a volunteer project, any student could opt out. They had a project rubric and a self reflection rubric to guide them. And they LOVED IT! KEEP Challenging your scholars to go above and beyond what they are asked to do MR. IRELAND! #millsmiddleschoolcomets #pcssdproud #geniushour #thebestisyettocome
