Congratulations to two very special Daisy Bates Elementary scholars for their performance in the Ralph D. Vines II Public Speaking Contest this past weekend. 5th grade scholars, Kayden King and Bryson Nelson, both received participation cash prizes for their speeches. They competed against other students in their age division by delivering a two minute speech in front of a panel of judges. Way to go, DBES TIgers! And congrats to MUSHS' scholar, Chance Bradford, for winning best overall male speaker!
