PCSSD works with three health units through the Arkansas Department of Health to conduct these flu shot clinics. The Jacksonville Health Unit serves schools in the Sylvan Hills feeder. The North Little Rock Health Unit serves the Maumelle feeder schools plus Harris Elementary. The Pulaski Central Health Unitserves all schools in the Mills and Robinson feeder.

Parents should have received a consent form that was sent home with each student last week. If you want your child to receive the flu shot, please make sure to turn the form back in to the school nurse at least two days prior to the assigned flu shot clinic date (listed above).
